Yes it works to see your remaining balance and data / minutes. BUT : - It uses crazy amount of data ! - For Prepaid absolutely no way to track history of balance spending (so when amount goes down, it's just guessing for the cause...). - Limited to German play store. So not possible to download for travelers. - Poor usage of screen area (you need to switch views to see separately your data, SMS and voice current status while the screen is nearly empty...).

This app has huge unresolved login issues. It doesn't allow its customers to log in via Wi-Fi, asking them to switch to mobile connection instead. But if you happen to have no remaining mobile data, you can't log in. On top of that, the app shows misleading error messages when not being able to log you in: that Vodafone is working on their systems when they actually do not, it's the app not being able to log you in. They don't even bother to create more detailed and tailored error messages.

As you may see from other reviews, the billing system in the app is either broken or at least not stable. It often rejects payments and even if they claim to receive you payment it may not be the case. In this manner they just lost 80 euro for my unlimited plan. And that's only one example of its serious issues.
